Refund and Returns Policy

At SheNest we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. ## Returns You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, panties, stockings and bikini bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect. ## Exchanges Size or colour exchanges are available within 3 days, subject to stock availability. Delivery charges for exchanges are paid by the customer. ## Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your bKash/Nagad number within 5-7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable. ## Damaged or wrong items Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 01983759300 or shenestbd.shop@gmail.com. We will replace the item free of charge.
